Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to products purchased from ITROCKSTAR TRADING CORPORATION through our online store. It explains when an item may be returned, how to request a return, and how approved refunds are issued.
1. Return window
You may request a return within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery (or date of pickup) if the item is:
- Defective on arrival (DOA) — the product does not function as intended out of the box;
- Damaged in transit — the item arrived physically damaged;
- Incorrect — you received a different item, model, or quantity than what you ordered; or
- Incomplete — items or standard accessories listed on your invoice are missing.
Requests made after seven (7) days are handled under the manufacturer's warranty instead — see Terms & Conditions.
2. What is not covered
The following are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Change of mind once an item has been opened, used, or installed.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, negligence, liquid or power surge damage, or unauthorized repair or modification.
- Items with a removed, altered, or defaced serial number or warranty seal.
- Normal wear and tear, or consumables and custom-cut items (e.g. cut lengths of cable).
- Items reported beyond the seven (7) day window (these fall under manufacturer warranty, where applicable).
3. How to request a return
- Contact us within seven (7) days of delivery via email at sales@itrockstar.ph or Viber at 0919 064 0551.
- Provide your order number, the item concerned, and a clear description of the issue, with photos or a short video where applicable.
- We will review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions (drop-off at our store or pickup arrangement).
4. Condition of returned items
Returned items must include the original packaging, all standard accessories, freebies, and proof of purchase (invoice or official receipt). Items must be in the same condition in which they were received, apart from the reported defect.
5. Return shipping costs
- If the item is defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, or incomplete, ITROCKSTAR TRADING CORPORATION shoulders the cost of returning and replacing the item.
- For returns arising from any other approved reason, the customer shoulders the return shipping cost.
6. Resolution and refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and provide one of:
- Replacement of the item with the same model (subject to stock availability);
- Repair or warranty service, where applicable; or
- A refund, where a replacement or repair is not available or not appropriate.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit/debit card, GCash, or bank transfer) within seven (7) to fifteen (15) banking days from the date the return is approved. Card refunds may take an additional cycle to appear on your statement depending on your issuing bank. Shipping fees already incurred are refunded only where the return is due to our error.
7. Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled at no cost before dispatch. If an order has already been dispatched, the return process above applies. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, the item becomes unavailable), we will inform you and refund any amount paid in full.
8. Your statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
