The online store at online.itrockstar.ph is owned and operated by ITROCKSTAR TRADING CORPORATION, a corporation registered in the Republic of the Philippines, with Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) 626-872-608-555 and business address at 9 Pinagtipunan St., Brgy. Hagdang Bato Libis, Mandaluyong City, Philippines. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean ITROCKSTAR TRADING CORPORATION.

• All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, specifications, and availability may change without prior notice.
• Product images are for reference only; actual items may differ in packaging or minor appearance.
• Product specifications are provided by the manufacturers and may be updated by them at any time.
• All orders are subject to stock availability and to our confirmation.

If an obvious pricing or typographical error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid in full.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only once we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the pricing was clearly erroneous, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already paid.

• We accept credit/debit cards (processed by our third-party payment provider), GCash, bank transfer, and cash for store pickup.
• Orders are prepared for dispatch only after payment is confirmed, unless approved credit terms are in place.
• Corporate accounts with approved payment terms are billed according to the terms stated on the applicable quotation, sales order, or invoice.
• Title to the goods passes to you upon full payment; risk of loss passes upon delivery or pickup.

Delivery coverage, processing times, lead times, and fees are set out in our Shipping, Delivery & Fulfilment Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. The warranty period varies by brand and model (commonly one year, but shorter or longer for certain products) and is stated on your invoice or the product documentation.
• Warranty claims are coursed through ITROCKSTAR TRADING CORPORATIONand are subject to the manufacturer's assessment and turnaround time.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It excludes physical damage, misuse, improper installation or handling, power surge or liquid damage, unauthorized repair or modification, and items with removed or defaced serial numbers or warranty seals.
• Consumables and normal wear-and-tear items are not covered.
• Workmanship for installation and contracting works is warranted separately under the applicable project quotation or contract.

Site ocular visits, project quotations, and installation or contracting works (for example CCTV, structured cabling, IPBX, Wi-Fi, paging, and FDAS) are governed by the specific quotation, sales order, or contract issued for that project, which prevails over these online store terms to the extent of any conflict.

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account credentials confidential, and not to use the site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.

All content on this site — including our name, logo, text, and layout — is owned by ITROCKSTAR TRADING CORPORATION or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Manufacturer brand names, logos, and product images remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law, including your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, without prejudice to any available consumer remedies.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
